    1. First or 2nd link in the description. You don’t want your viewer to have to click “see more” to find your link

    2. At the end of every video give a CTA
      1. Can also use the link feature on the closing page to have this link

    • Not to broad but not too specific
  • Create multiple lead magnets that speak to a specific section of your audience to get them interested in your
  • You want your freebies to mimic what the viewer will find in your courses so that its no a departure from the content that they’re going to find
    • Its a video specific course so make freebies that are video specific. You don’t want to giveaway a PDF but then not have any PDF material in your course.
    • Make the freebie a true mini sample of what a member will get access too

  • What does your audience need? Now reverse engineer this and make these the topics that you cover on your youtube channel
  • How to videos, seo driven, trending topics (algorithm content)
  • Behind the Scenes, Q&A, Audience interaction (audience content) this helps build trust for your viewers
    • Answer Audience questions? - this coudl be a good strategy where you actually call out subscribers questions and answer them in a detailed video
  • Sponsor Yourself - 30-90 secionds to talk about our product. Can promote your course or can promote your lead magnet
    • Promos & Discounts (i.e. Black Friday)
    • Write out a few scripts and batch produce these at the beginning of the year for what you’re planning on selling. Then have these ready to add into any one of your videos as a sponsor
Email Nurture sequence
  • Make an email that is an introduction that can humanize yourself and create a personal connection
At the end of each year do a member survey
  • What are they liking from the
  • what would they like to see more of in the next year
  • this keeps the membership warm and active

  • Live stream for non members but allows you to have your viewers ask questions about the membership or just the content in general. A good way to build a relationship to see if the membership is right for them
  • you can add a discout for the viewers that attend it.
